Summit County

Teller County

You will need the following:
- An unsigned application
- Original training certificate - You should have two from your class, one is to turn in
- Colorado driver’s license or Identification Card
- Applicable court documents to reflect names changes, etc.
- Finger prints and picture will be taken on site
- Fee of $152.50 - cash, cashier's chec, or money order payable to Teller County Sheriff's Office
Utah
IMPORTANT - You must have your local conceal carry handgun permit before you can apply for the non-resident permit from Utah. Please visit the Utah Website for more information.
You will need the following:
- An application with the instructor stamp as proof of attending a Utah BCI certified course
- A copy of your state issued Driver License
- A recent passport quality photo
- A copy of your Colorado conceal carry permit
- Fingerprint Card - it is a good idea to have a couple made when you apply for your Colorado permit. The card needs to be filled out. An example is available here.
- $67 fee for non-resident permits in the form of a check or money orders payable to the “Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification”
